Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that you are able to receive a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and must include all original packaging and materials.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning an item.
4. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all materials, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. In addition to the restocking fee, we reserve the right to charge for time devoted to projects, designs, and other services rendered.
6. Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
7. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
