We recently decided to add automatic shades and heaters to our outdoor patio. Chad quickly came out and gave us samples and an idea of what would work for our patio. We made our selections and placed our order. During the entire process Chad was attentive and kept us up to date on the status of our order via email, texts and phone calls. We could not have asked for better communication. The install day arrived and he had a trusted local electrician and installers assisting with the project. We are THRILLED with our shades and heaters. Chad followed up a day after the install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and told us not to hesitate to call him if needed.
